At Swara Couture, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only.

You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order if:

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The size needs to be exchanged (subject to availability).

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• You received a damaged item.

The product must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In its original packaging

• With all tags attached

Items Not Eligible

• Used or washed products

• Products without original tags

• Products damaged due to customer handling

• Customized products (if applicable)

Refunds

We do not provide refunds except where required by applicable law or if we are unable to fulfill an approved exchange request.
